Terms & Conditions

1. There is no smoking permitted within the property.
2. No pets are allowed.
3. Electricity, linen and towels are included in the price.
4. Guests can arrive anytime after 4 00 p.m. and must leave before 11 00 a.m. on the day of departure.
5. Please note: £50.00 Deposit is payable on booking followed by the remainder on arrival.
6. The maximum number of occupants that can be accommodated is 2 Adults at any one time.

Cancellation Policy

1. More than 56 days Full Deposit is required.
2. 29-56 days 50% of Cost of Holiday is required.
3. 15-28 days 75% of Cost of Holiday is required.
4. 1-14 days 90% of Cost of Holiday is required.
5. No notice (i.e. fail to arrive) 100% of Cost Holiday is required.
